Pearl white is very difficult to match. Hell, even Nissan couldn't get all the panels to be consistent. I would just order it raw or painted black if it's cheaper to let them to paint it.

Installation wasn't the smoothest. There is no way to access the outer holes from underneath, so I drilled a 1 1/4 hole to get access to these. It would have been better to drill a hole for each...

I removed the stock spoiler yesterday. Not too difficult, went slow and managed to get it off without damaging the spoiler. The DAR spoiler is pretty nice. The fit is very close, slightly loose...
