You can do it as part of an Uprev tune with the ARC upgrade. Called the "burnout mod"

Sebastian (Seb) at Specialty Z was able to do it for one guy on here. Not sure how he did it. It was with Ecuteck.

It is called, "Throttle Hijack". It is done with Ecutek.
