It is a slight over estimate but we want to under promise and over deliver! At the time you place your order, I will only charge you a $300 non refundable deposit. How long into the lead time is it typically before you charge the rest? Just want to make sure I have the money set aside for that time when it comes around.

Also wondering why this price is higher than the price from the FI website.
