Front is bigger and rear is small. Only rear needs to trim off the tab on the bumper.

I just bought some of the EVO R black emblems and having a hell of a time installing it. The instructions are very hard to read in black/white.

Can you please verify to me the following?

1. Steps, remove backing from small strip on emblem and remove clear cover on carbon fiber and place so carbon fiber is facing front. Then remove the carbon fiber disc 3m red backing and then apply the two half moons at top and bottom. So now there is 3m red backing on top and bottom but middle is exposed and is 1 layer different. Finally remove the 3m backing from the two half moons and set into place?
2. It says you need to shave the rear emblem guides. Mine isn't lining up in front so I assume I need to shave them down as well? I bought both emblems and I am trying with the bigger of the two which is the front emblem just for clarification.
