how hard was stripping out the sensors?.. i will be getting new seats soon but seems like a lot of work.. but im sure its worth it cause little warning signs bug me. haha

not too ridiculous, just takes a little guts. You just unbolt the bottom portion of the seat away from the seat frame (about four bolts on the underside of the seat) then when you have just the pad, you have to take off about 25 little steel loops that hold the cloth to the foam pad. I just used needle nose pliers and bent all the loops off. Once you get to the sensor pad, it is held on with more loops. When I put the seat back together I didn't reuse the steel loops. I replaced them with cable ties. Tada

I'm sure the cable ties will last a lot less time than steel hoops, but that will take a long while.

The hog rings are made for the seats. Almost all professionals I have seen use hog rings to fabricate seats. But It looks good bro.
