Look up 73draggy on YouTube. He built his VR38 engine from a rejected/recalled long block. It's pretty neat with his attention to detail... almost OCD! I'd like to slowly build something like this on the side one day. It won't be anything too crazy - maybe a Stage 1 which can handle 600 whp or so.

I decided to not use the GTR intercoolers this time as I found a good deal on the CJM intercooler with 3” piping. Thanks Justin! Wish me luck that it can be finished before April this time...

I see they didn't use that little, restrictive air filter that comes with TopGunz kit and instead used an open grill type one which is not practical for normal use. They wouldn't get near that...
