    Look up 73draggy on YouTube. He built his VR38 engine from a rejected/recalled long block. It's pretty neat with his attention to detail... almost OCD! I'd like to slowly build something like this on the side one day. It won't be anything too crazy - maybe a Stage 1 which can handle 600 whp or so.

    Spark plugs aren't that expensive considering how much spent with the TT setup. If you can make the switch, it won't hurt. I've been running GTR plugs since the kit was installed at 22k miles. ...

    Update, This dyno chart shows the comparison from Tuesday night and yesterday. Below are the comparative specs. Run #13 from 2/19/2013 9.77 psi peak 18 Degrees of timing 91 Octane (pump)...
