I suggest getting a tuner who can tune your car without disabling the sensors. It's entirely possible with ECUtek at least.

You'll most likely fail. Disabling any O2/ exhaust codes in the tune causes the O2 monitors to show up as "not ready" when they do the OBD2 scan.

I think your overthinking it. You don’t have to have the same voltage reading for the VVEL to properly work. Spec is 500mV +- 48mV. The only thing that you’re actually doing is setting the position...
