Could have been caused by a lot of things (eg, bit of dirt in #5 injector that cleared after a while). If it doesn't come back within a few days, I'd quit worrying about it.

I have a 2010 and it did have one moment come up where I burned 1.5qt in 2500 miles. Changed oil and re tested it and it's barely burning but I think that was from gunning it at too high of oil...

Swap the post-cat sensors and see if the problem switches sides. If so, replace sensor.

The only thing that helped my motor oil consumption issue in the past was when I switched from Mobil 1 5W30 Synthetic Motor Oil to Valvoline SynPower 10W30 Synthetic Motor Oil with earlier oil change...

That's normal. Our clutches are noisy. They tend to get noisier after some use. If it was the throw-out bearing, the noise would increase when you step on it.
