I'd just deal with it being dirty and wait. Rushing it and messing up the paint just to have a cleaner car for roughly a month doesn't sound worth it

If they're charging you $95 to simply put on a muffler delete kit (aka AAM short-tails) then I'd say no, and just put it on myself. You can do that without a jack. If you really need more space back...
