Thanks for the add, just saw a gun metal Z being driven on a test driven as I was about to turn into my neighborhood. This town is not a big buyer of Japanese sports cars, big navy town but other than that, its all country and a small town. Camaro's everywhere but the new Z's are super rare.

Still drool over that color in Nismo, can you tell me, did you get it used or new off the lot, and would you mind PM'ing me how much you talked them down to. Id really love to find one sometime this summer/fall. Thank you!

Yeap, no calibration error to account for.

A lot of shops that setup track or racecars use the string method to set the alignment. Many feel they get a better adjustment that way over the alignment machine.

Agreed the Nissan OEM top hat is made of hard plastic but it is a weak point and more time than not they have a tendency to break/crack. Mine cracked once before and I replaced it with the CJ...

The Nissan OEM tophat is plastic. CJ Motorsports makes a billet one. There is no comparison between the two. The CJM one will last the life of the car and then some.

My top hat broke around 80K miles. I know several that broke under 20K. I don't think 90st (forum member who put damn near 250K miles on his Z) ever had an issue with his.
