| Step 4: Let the Dip dry. Once dry re-tape the electrical tape stuff. Try to get as close to the Dip with the new tape without actually touching it as the tape will grab the Dip and try to peel it off if you are not careful. Repeat this until you have the desired amount of Dip on spokes. |
