That's exactly what they are but the front fascia is different so my "guy" had to fabricate/seal an enclosure for them. I love them.

I hated this the first time I saw them, but I have do admit that they're growing on me. I still don't think I'd do it on mine though.

With the blacked out headlights it looks fantastic but it's personal taste.
