I have cleaned/flow-tested injectors if you want to save some money. They're stock capacity.

There would be no benefit of upgraded injectors for you. Switch the injector around to see if that's the cause as stated before.

A variety of companies will flow test their own injectors for you. Have to send them off though.

It is a violation of Federal and state law to remove your catalytic converter. Therefore, my guess is the tuner could be fined under VA law for tuning your car.
