Please add me to the CSC list 2016 sport tec, 51k brought to dealer when it was failing under warranty, they did nothing but bleed, now is completely shot and they say out of warranty

Please add csc failure 2016 370z at 20,000 miles. Replaced with Z-1 elimination kit. Total cost with kit and labor 1,300
