A delivery man who is not careful with packages would be my guess. He doesn't care that there might be a $1000+ worth of equipment in there as long as it reaches its destination in his time frame. Sucks

I tell ya, I work for UPS, this happens just getting from one building to another. Something that size gets tossed on the ground nonstop. Deff not the driver doing it. They dont send these across the belts so they have to be moved down slides by hand and tossed on an eleectric cart train deal to get moved around the building. Gets handled way more.
