can you tell a big difference in how short throws are? do you like it?

It's personal preference. Shorter throws aren't going to make you a better driver, but at least for me, I feel that it helps with avoiding accidental wrong gear changes. It's also something I've always installed on all my previous cars. IE: integra GSR, S2000, EVO 9
