dude... How much is that to replace? Or are these things patchable? (Ive never owned a vert if you couldn't tell)

Convertibles are not meant to be stored outdoors. If that's the case I would suspect shorter life out of the top. Also not conditioning it properly and driving through car washes wear out fibers a lot faster.
