I had to buy new ones from Z1 also. I was able to get one of the broken pieces out with tweezers....the other I took a drill with a small drill bit and basically chewed up the broken piece with a drill. I bought 2 new one from Z1 and they are quite pricey.

Hey, I understand. Thanks for replying even now. I did....I just had never really worked at all with panels/clips/grommets.....didn't know what was in there....but after....VERY frustrating encounter with a local dealership (long story), I just ordered the panel from Z1 and when it came, I just decided to give it a go. Since I rent, and moved to a different city a few years back, I have no garage, most of my tools are gone or in a box somewhere....so with defective pliars, tweezers, keys, and anything else I found offhand, I went out in the freezing cold and just laid into it haha. At one point a neighbor friend came by....watched and opined that he'd help but he just breaks stuff like this....LOL! So yes.... a big ugly, and a few scratches around the grommet, but got it all out one way or another. After seeing it out, I'm sure if i just had the right pliar / pry it would pop out like nothing.

Hi. I apologize for not responding as I don't come on here much....Did you get the issue fixed?

HI, I saw your post about trying to remove a broken clip in the B pillar. Apparently the people who replaced the windshield on the car I just bought made a mess of the panels, and my B Pillar just flew off! I have two clips broken off and stuck in the grommets. Wondering how you solved the issue!
