Dear Sir,

I saw you have a lot of experiences building your Supercharged Z with the Stillen system. I currently have a Stillen kit with 9 psi pulley and belt. I also bought Meth-water injection system. The exhaust I am using includes Fast Intentions LTH and CBE (full 2.5" true dual). The car pumps 91 octane gas and lays down 510 engine power (about 370whp on a Mustang dyno). My tuner said the limitation comes mainly from the incorrect MAF/MAP. He will retune my Z completely in speed density (with GTR MAP sensors). However, in view of so many aftermarket modification parts, I would like seek your consultation. I am considering the foillowing parts: DW 850cc injectors, DW 320lph fuel pump, SOHO ported lower intake manifold, bigger throttle bodies (62-63mm), TopGunz A2A kit, upgraded Super Vortech from 928 motorsports. I don't know possible contribution in horsepower/torque for each of them. To save money, I am PMing you to seek your consultation. Should you be willing to provide your opinions and sharing your experiences with me, I will be very grateful.

Have you tried running it at constant high RPM's for 5 to 10 mins on a track? If so I'd love to know why oil isn't coming out of the breather. No oil comes out of mine when giving it quick bursts...

All the vanes on the impeller are in the air flow. No part of the impeller touches oil. The oil is in the middle housing. Think what is happening is a combination of things. Oil level, high rpm,...

I am just now getting the 928 Motorsports impeller and bearings/seal upgrade/replacement and I'm not clear on how that changes the volume of oil required in the supercharger as you mention.

Things like this happen in the boosted world all the time. Dont let it defeat you, just mark it up as lesson learned. Its simple, take the SC off (30 minutes) and send it to a certified Vortech shop...

It replaces the old MAP sensor your car already has. Swap them into the down pipes. Hopefully, test pipes and not cats.

It doesn't corrode anything in the system or engine. It's corrosive to old cars fuel systems but the cars systems now are designed for it. So i wouldn't use that statement anymore. Detonation?...

Maybe the 928 impeller will get you there. I don't know how it compares to the Si trim I'm running. Running 91 octane you're going to be really limited on how much boost you can run. Seb had to pull...

The fact your running low octane fuel is going to hurt. It will be hard to keep knock down. You can only compensate timing so much when you throw boost at it. Good fuel is a must for good power. I'm...
