I used Testors hobby paint 'gloss red' in a can. But then I bought a red Z emblem on eBay to make it look more OEM.

I know it cost more then the light itself, because the harness is just plug and play...unlike other cheaper one's that you have to wire up

Naw I tore the 3M tape off numerous times and put more on without leaving any residue...I suggest buying an extra roll from autozone so you can double up in areas along the bottom so it doesn't move. And forget the stealership....I'll never let them do anything to my car again. And whenever you decide to pull it off get some of that spray for bugs and goo, and it'll come off easily. If you have trouble heat it up w/ a blow dryer. They convinced and charged me $145 dollars to hold the power window button down to recalibrate it, after I unhooked the battery to install fog light. Then I looked up the answer on here, and felt dumb.

Hell yea it was hard, crap kept popping off on either side when I would put the other on. I had to buy more tape, and put a bunch on. A small bit of the clear coat plastic cracked on the bottom but not visible....Then again I'm not really good at installing anything without F'ing something up...hahah

    194 - 168 - 158 LED

I stopped short of selecting a particular color....wasn't sure which you would want. Any questions about which ones I used just let me know!
