An abstractor is basically the land title end of landman work. Less talk, more paperwork. I prefer it to having to find people & sell them on ****.

I always said growing up that I wanted nothing to do with the business. I don't think I can see myself doing anything I like better right now (or at least anything I like that pays this well).
