I personally have built a VQ35DE rev up engine for a friend back in 2011. Stock block with cylinder liner re-enforcement , Mahle 10.1 Forged Pistons with Ceramic coating, Custom Titanium alloy rods....

Yeah, I think so. At 3000 rpm it is not optimum for the engine torque output. That will somehow lug the motor a bit even with Twin Turbo set up. Best to go to 5th , then 6th. If you want ultimate...
