The 370Z has oil over heating issues, oil burning issues, and valve train noise issues...all of which are not helped by running an oil as thin as 5w-30. Just my opinion though. I am sure there are plenty of people running 5w-30.

Yes, I am running 10w-30 Royal Purple. So far so good. I personally would not run 5w-30 RP in this car, but that is just my opinion. I plan to continue running 10w-30 RP for a long time to come.

No, I dont think that was me. I was at the mall but in a different car. I used to work over in that area, and I always saw a guy with one the same color as me (but it was a sport), maybe it was him?

Hey Chico, any chance you were leaving the Tucson mall, Saturday night (the 12th), at about 7pm? I saw a silver touring 370Z (non-sport) behind me, turning left onto Wetmore, leaving the mall. I was jumping through the roof of my Dodge Magnum because I wasn't driving my Z (x-mas shopping), but didn't want to look like an idiot who had a "hard-on" for Z's by waving and honking at someone who would've been like, "wtf, is wrong with this guy..."
