hey whats up man! i saw your post about your boosted performance turbo and I was thinking about getting this kit myself. I see it advertised around $7k which is about the same price as the stillen SC I was looking at. My question is how reliable has the kit been for you. Also i know you did the install yourself, I was looking to do it myself also and like you before u started the install i havent done much work on cars aside from simple air intakes and exhaust installs, and I wanna do it myself to save myself labor money, do you think i could do it? also any other feedback/comments would be appreciated!

The Feds and California will not go into detail as to what restocking fee and layaway means. This is usually done in a contract between two parties. Like I said before, if the terms are not...

How do you put a product on layaway when it isn't even completed to be shipped out. You NEED to have a finished product to have it on layaway.

Nothing to restock if nothing was actually sent out to a customer that could of been returned to be restocked. Unless the contract specifically defines restocking fee, it doesn't mean anything else...

Restocking fee is called a restocking fee for a reason. Same as overhead expenses... When delays and expenses comes up because of third party issues, that should not be held against the customer.
