I bought the same stuff and when I returned from first driving event the hot tires melted the paint to em' and when I pulled out the paint peeled right up... get some rubber pads under your tires FYI.

I've done some good summer driving and parked directly on the surface with no issues. I even park the car for weeks at a time without moving it and still no issues. I think you may have had a problem with the adhesion.
