No you should be fine with them still installed. I never took mine off just had a friend weld while they were on the car.

Once the car warms up the symptoms subside. Just need to let the oils and such warm up to smooth things out.

All of my cars I've owned have had a manual transmission and when the temps start dropping well below freezing, the clutch was a little slow/sticky on all of them until it gets warmed up.

- No - Once it's all bolted together on the car and still up in the air, spray a bit of simple green on the flanges and see if it bubbles at all. If it does, tighten it up more.

AC on these cars is weak. You need to have it blow on you on the really hot days. Point the passenger side at you too.
