This might be true, but now the onus would be on OP to prove they lied, and that might not be as easy as it sounds. Who knows, maybe the dealership will play nice, but if they were hiding stuff...

That is really sad that a dealership would function like that. If you have the physical proof (window stickers) that say a clear car fax, get a lawyer. I would say that's why they didn't produce the...

This. If you get nowhere with the GM of the dealer, lawyer up. Make them take it back. Get a sport model for a replacement.
