OK-there is a place locally that was recommended to me by this same fella (he's a body guy by trade)...they did my tint and perfrom other mods so I may talk to him...and I was thinking this a.m. that maybe, just maybe, with some assistance I could attempt it myself...it will take a lot of reading and self learning but that may be my only ohter option. no trust in others now. Not with my Z.. thanks for the feedback. I appreciate it.

    Hey big,

XwChriswX suggested that I check in with you re: an audio upgrade I'm planning. Could you take a look and let me know what you think?

Hello, this should be a simple one for you: I would like to replace the stock tweeters in my 09 370Z. What do you recommend and do I retain the tweeter capacitors? I have listed what I have done so far. Thanks in advance, you are awesome!

Hey, I seen you know the ins and outs of this vehicle's auto system pretty well. I have an 09' touring I just bought. It has the bose in it, with no factory nav. Im most likely going to buy the metra double-din kit, bose harness from crutchfield, and put in a pioneer 930bt. What kind of steering wheel controls would I need? and is this all I need to successfully switch out the bose system with this aftermarket HU or do I need more components?

Hey Big! Just a few quick questions please...I have an old system (ya know - pre wife and kid thats been lying around and want to put it into my Z. My HU is an Alpine CDA-7995. (prob 10 yrs old). Can I still find a harness to use my steering wheel controls is it my HU just too old to make it work? Also, my sub has been sitting in a sealed box for the same length of time. Is it still ok or does time being unused hurt them. It's not dry rotted and the foam is still intact. Thanks in advance for the help!

Hey big, I have 2 questions for you. First, if I have 2 DVC 4ohm subs, wired for all 4 + and - terminals to go to only 1 + and - respectively at the box to the Amp, that will make it an overall 2 ohm setup correct?

Secondly, I was looking to get my reverse cam. I know the Kenwoods get tossed around a bit, but I won't be able to do a license plate mount due to my radar detector. So I was looking at this one: Crimestopper SV-6704.IR (SV6704IR) CCD Camera with Night Vision Do you have any experience with this model/brand?

    Thanks!
