one thing i noticed on the ASWC is that it appears to freeze when i command skipping a track or volume change while the HU is in setup mode. i have to restart the car.

i do not have this issue with PAC. otherwise seems to be working fine for now. will see the longitivity/reliability from here forward.

hey Big - i installed a pioneer 2500BT in my '12 honda fit sport running ASWC. it was literally just plug the 3.5mm remove cable and tap one wire, ground another. done!

Hi Bigaudifanat, I am looking at a used Bose system for my new base 370Z, do you know by any chance if the subwoofer in the trunk is prewired already, and does it make sense to upgrade? The OEM sound in the 13' basic 370 is more than poor. Thank you very much for taking time to answer.

Hey BigAudio, I'm new to this site and a brand new 2013 Base Pearl White 370. I want to put a nav/blue/stereo into that cubby for a good price. I would like to keep the base stereo for show but have the other unit hidden. Any suggestions? I'm in SoCal btw.

Hey bigaudio...one nibble from the forum...see midwest-ohio thread...just checking back in w you. Havent given up just yet. Z goes into winter storage mode less than a week so all winter just sitting...maybe get it torn down and rebuilt at leisure since its not going anywhere anyway....

a local Z club is having a run in 2 weeks...I'll see if i can drum up some interest...thank you...pretty bummed and not brave enough to try it myself yet...need to do some studying up.

i live in such a rural area i would never be able to gather enough people to support this...sigh...ty for the suggestions. My husband is an aircraft mech and i kind of understand schematics etc. so maybe together we can do it...ty again.
