Actually mine is all plasti dip, I just taped off the rear valence and front fangs and used plasti-black and about 3 coats of a gloss over it, best thing is if I hate it or when I get a new bumper I can peel it all off and resell it as a stock bumper
So total cost to plasti dip fangs, valence, emblems and door handles, about $15 at your local lowes store.

the F.I cb makes it sound so much better, I think is just perfect, on the gains I can't really tell you much because I didn't dyno the car before the install, it supposed to be 20rwhp and 11 lb of torque but i can't confirm that, the only thing that im not to crazy about is the look from behind if I had to do it again I will expend the extra money and get the carbon fiber look.
