Like Rabbit said, before they deny anything they need to in fact have proof that the "modification" was the cause of the malfunction. That means that they need to work on your car before they say no.

This should not be true under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act of 1975. First off, the dealership cannot void your warranty. The warranty is provided by the manufacturer and warranty work is paid for...

I see your using cypher..and that it connects with the ecu out of the car ...I would check...fuel pump relays and then the alternator relays.......maybe try reflashing it out of the car
