    Most dealers are ill-equipped to handle vert problems and probably haven't work on many (if any). I'd try finding an independent shop with some expertise in verts. Should be more than one in a city...

    Maybe an issue with one of the bungees being worn out? There are several threads in the "Nissan 370Z Roadster (Convertible)" that mention the bungees.

    yes it does.. Once the top moves it acts like normal.. plan ti checking the wiring today. any other suggestions is appreciated.. my local nissan dealer is worthless
