What's wrong with the bumper? It looks like you took a sharpie and colored it in.

When I bought the car the previous owner had sprayed the front bumper and side skirts "matte". He said he did it because of rock chips from highway driving but didn't specify exactly what he used...
I'll get around to resolving the issue when I have time this summer
