I've run into some financial issues lately, namely that my wife totaled her car. So for now I'm not putting any more money into the Z. The tune is fine for now, later on I'll get the cable and retune it myself. I have the Stillen G3 CAI, but I would like to switch it out for the Akuma one later on down the road. Make some vids when you get the exhaust, I'm stoked for you

nope, no loss in tq. It picked up everywhere actually. I can't remember the exact numbers off the top of my head but I think stock I was at 225tq and now I'm at 256tq, and the whole curve has been smoothed out pretty well. The tuner I took it too kinda sucked and didn't want to tune it very aggressively at all, kept saying the stock tune was the best blah blah blah. Also, when he gave me a cd that was supposed to have all my dyno's on it and my UpRev tuning map, he forgot all that and just put the last dyno he did Sooner or later I'll get it retuned by someone who actually knows what they're doing and hopefully get better numbers...

actually, I was just reading some of your other messages and you mentioned that you got the sunline rep lip on your car for $75? Where at? This is the one that I've been wanting, and that's a damn good price!

Hey axmea, I just now saw this, sorry bro. To answer your question, I love how it sounds. It has a very slight rasp, but not in a ricer civic way, it actually sounds more like a crotch rocket to me. The hiss is still there, and I'm honestly getting used to it, every one that hears me revving down the street thinks I'm turbo'ed lol. I just finished making a new video that might help you understand what I'm talking about, hope you like it

man, i got the same lips u have sunline replica for 118 buck. but sad this is, i trying installing them, and there really isnt alot of choice, or maybe i didnt do a good job installing it, it wasnt firm enough and i ended up going a lil fast on a bump and after going on highway for a while, it was hanging kinda low, tried to fix it, on my way back home it scrapped on the concrete and made a whole on the bottom, i took to a shop, they said theres no way they can save it do u know anything about how to fix polyurethane or should i just buy a new one?

Thanks Henry. It is just a Sunline replica that I picked up from a dealer here in CA for 75 bucks. It is FRP and not CF. I preferred it this way knowing all the hazards I'd be dealing with. Had it painted PW an installed it myself. I painted the black sections. Most guys paint the entire lip black or leave it showing the CF.
