The 2015 build sheets were just released and they will for 15 be offering a base with sport and tech, probably have to wait 2-3 months!

You would have to contact DCTMS for a breakdown of their process, but I very much doubt that they would just wrap the new fabric over the old fabric. It is quite expensive, but for a simple re-wrap,...

I'm speaking from experience here. I swapped my base seats for a set of leather touring seats just a few months back, it's all plug and play, even the seat warmers are working.
