old gaskets are fine. Make sure your O2 sensors are removed before you attack your stock setup with an impact wrench.

Yes, DE style test pipes, or DE HFC's will fit on a 370z CBE as long as you have DE style headers. Not sure what other brands of DE headers would be comparable to Momentum, since not very many people...
