In my experience, the anti-submarine belt is usually the same length. The adjustments are made on shoulder belts (due to height) and lap belts (due to waist size).

do some regular street driving, couple hundred miles, normal braking with those carbotech on.. they may be harsh enough to clean the rotors for you. They'll sound like a freight train once clean.....

I believe the gasket material was changed on 2013 and newer. It's still probably worth at least getting the pressure gauge if you're concerned about it.
