Only in the morning when engine is cold. Everything is quiet once it's warmed up.

No one knows... It happen to couple other people too. It happened once and NEVER EVER happened again to them. Mine happened once, that's it.

Hmmmm, possible that the ignition timing was off? Or the gears might've been stuck?
