nice socks!

how hard was this to do and what lighting did you use

yeah i know my socks are awesome, sorry i have taken so long to respond... there wasn't a notification in my email that i had somebody comment on this. here is the link to the lights i used: http://www.autozone.com/autozone/acc...ier=60051_0_0_

i'm pretty sure i used 18 gauge wire, maybe 22 gauge, to run from the tapped location at the area that lit the Z on the runner section when you open the door... i'll post more pics i had from when i did it

btw, the lights i got were the 24 inch set i think, not the 8 inch... 24 inches seems pretty long but i can't find anything less, i'm pretty sure you can cut them at certain spots if you want them shorter
