Those 2 plugs are what house the wiring going from the interior of the car to the back window for the window defroster, and were NOT the cause of my seat belts getting wet. (See Above Post)

Just an FYI, what this thread is dealing with is every time it rains, the seat belts (inside the car in their normal position) get wet.
