Someone want to explain to me what the hell those center pipes are for? It looks to me they're completely sealed?

not a true dual but a very exclusive exhaust, saclam only fills orders on demand, how long is the typical waiting period?

These usually take 8-12 weeks to arrive via ocean freight. They can be expedited to about 5-7 weeks via air, but the cost goes up substantially because of the size and weight of the box.
