Tonight I will install the new smaller belt. The NST kit does come with 2 pulleys. Since I am still waiting for my CBE to ship, I will not be able to start and run the car up to get the UpRev and dyno to see what gains I acheive. The install will take you a good 2 hours to do. I did the work myself, but it sounds like others are paying $150-$200 labor for the job. Since you are in the Air Force I would utilize the hobby shop. I'm a retired Marine and I learned all of my mechanic skill out of necessity. Not much money in those days, so I fixed things myself or did a lot of walking. Their is always someone around that is usually knowledgable and helpful. Especially when you have a cool ride. Hope it helps.
