You're very welcome! I purchased Stillen sway bars front and rear. They were the only ones who made them back in 2009. They work great and are adjustable to your liking. My Swift Sport Springs dropped my Z about 1.5 inches in front and 2.0 inches in the rear. I can't honestly recommend a specific coilover based upon my experience with them but others have gone with the KV3 coilovers that are way expensive. Others have gone with Konis. I'd recommend checking on this forum and getting some recommendations from some who actually have coilovers for the best info. Which island do you live on? I used to live on Oahu when I was in the Navy back in the 90s. Loved every minute of the place! Aloha!

Thanks zcarman, i agree with all you said, swaybars are the best "bang for the buk" what mm. For the frt? And rear is good? I am not going to track, only because there are no tracks over here, just long uncrowded twisty roads (early in the morn). How much did you lower your car? I was thinking of 3/4 to 1" drop, as the roads over here require some ground clearance. "shaka bradda"

Aloha and Mahalo for the "double shaka". Yes my Z is lowered on swift sport spring. I have tracked this car a few times and enjoyed it a lot. As far as suggestions on what mods to make, that would all depend upon what you are aiming for. Performance versus looks, or a combination of both like mine. That said, to ramp up the handling for your Z, a set of front and rear sway bars helps make the Z that much more flat in the curves. Its a inexpensive mod that pays huge dividends. I went with sport springs so because I didn't want a full coilover system (I actually enjoy my kidneys). Plus I didn't want to have to spend that much money for something I would actually use for the stated purpose, maybe a handful of times. If you plan to track regularly, that is a different story. Then you need oil cooler, new brake pads, new brake fluids, stainless steel brake lines are a help as well.
