They don't throw a code if you use grade 3 steel wool and pack it tight in the O2 bung. I have been running mine for over a year and no code.

I can confirm that it makes a big difference on how you install the bushings. I installed them by the install instructions and got a whine at 20, 40 and 60... So I researched and came across this...
