I am working on it. Need to order more cf so I can give this another shot. Wanted to have it done by tomorrow for a car show Saturday but that's not a possibility now.

I effed up in two places so I made seems on both sides and when I finish it out I will paint symmetrical black stripes to cover the seems. Don't have any more carbon to re do it but maybe in the future I'll take it back off the car and add another layer. For now this will have to do. This is a pain in the AZZ and I understand why carbon is so costly. I'm not doing this ish again!!! >:/

Even with my epic screw ups it's coming out ok. Tomorrow I'll cut to fit and lay a second layer of resin. Tuesday I'll sand it down, paint the stripes, and clear coat. Should be ready to install Wednesday. :)

I won't be doing this again until I tire of this one... It was a PITA. However I learned a lot from my mistakes and know the next time will be better... Whenever that is.

Couple spots of white coming through mostly from the grill. 2nd layer of resin has been laid. Probably will throw some black plasti dip down to cover the white spots when it's all done and before mounting. Not bad so far for my second try at making this. Thanks G! It's not perfect but I am happy with it thus far. Will be ready to mount on the car in a couple hours after the paint is dry. I plan to do another in a couple of months after I've gotten back from vacation so I can devote the time to it. Hopefully the third time will do the trick. For now this is ok. :D

CF is a bitch to work with, I did my whole interior and engine cover. I will never do it again. But it looks nice. You're front looks nice with the two black strips.

Bolt in from RPM rollbars.

I am finished with it until after a show in December and then I will make a better one. It's far from perfect and the black stripes cover some screw ups but it is what it is.
