That really sucks Who's they that you speak of? I'd make them pay for it, get a replacement and keep both. It's probably not easy to fix...even if you do

That really sucks
 Who's they that you speak of? I'd make them pay for it, get a replacement and keep both. It's probably not easy to fix...even if you do you might have condensation problems. Hope you're able to get this properly sorted out.
