one of the biggest reasons why i bought a JDM hood is that they come with a rain gutter channel built in... i am not sure if you know where guam is.. but rain is a HUGE part of island life.... it rains here the whole year  when the rainy season hits i would say it rains like an ocean also  the varis hood comes with block offs so when it rains your motor stays dry when there is enough water to fill the block offs it will then pass through the rain gutter chamber and come out of two small holes near the head lights thus leaving the whole dirty soaked motor outa the picture
