id like to add another member.. im not gonna mention names... said he had a set laying around... i ask why he never installed it... i couldnt see why.. because he was a vendor on here... he mentioned that they were a piece of sh!t and he would probably cut his oem fender and fit the vents himself since the fitment was a lil off... i didnt imagine it to be this bad....

man that sucks. Im glad I stuck with seibon fenders. I hope I dont have any fitment issues but I never hear of anything as crazy as what your going through right now. ******* sucks... I think it would be easy to use the stock fender and make the damn vent.

if i didnt love CF so much i would probably do that instead.... sigh...

ill take pics of the cut later today when i do it... its a damn good thing i use to mess with fiberglass in my teen years so i know what im doing... if not i would have been **** outa luck

and you can't cut your stock fenders cuz they are MINE!!

i had the same exact problem when i bought from uam, fitment was so off and the fenders has bit crack, but i showed to a body shop, they actually managed to do it fine.

you have to readjust the part which it clips on the hood, or make a new one.

you guys are so lucky your body shops out there are so prestine... most body shops here like to short cut...

didnt get much done today... got out of work pretty late.... put on my side skirt to see if it lines up and boom.... another huge gap... FML... this one isnt a problem because ill just add some fiberglass and filler but man.... what a great way to end my crap day already.... im exhuasted... i decided imma mount the other side so i can see wether its a even worse fitment or not..... im hoping it fits the same way the first fender did.... if theres a gap im hoping its next to the door... because if it deals with the hood or headlight... geez man.... on a bright side.... i thought of a way to fix the door gap with out having to cut the whole damn vent out... but im not 100% sure it will work... we will see as i get closer to making that decision...

they are actually really good friends of mine... they actually out sourced and had these made in the US... i think thats why they stopped dealing with the guys that made it for them because of this type of issue....
