I've seen it in person and it is sexy. This color paint, with wheels the color as the maroon stripe from above, and a polished lip.

updated.... my daily driver is going in the shop tomoro.... figured id paint her before my z... because she needs one... my z goes in after my beater anyways.... i still cant figure out what color..... im going with.... and a part of me still wants my z still red.... :( im so torn.... it just sucks that im gonna pay around almost 3 grand and its still gonna be red again... i might as well change it but i dont wanna make a mistake.... if my beater gets outa the shop and i still cant make up my mind... shes staying solid red and im painting my volks gold and leave the lip polished..... i rather have her stay the same and pay alot than change her and regret i spent all that money and her new color looks like crap.... if i do the gold route with the volks... im gonna begin "operation top secret" LMAO meaning ill try and get top secret parts like the engine cover, titanium oil catch cans, oil cap, b pillars, and fog lamp.... hopefully all this year....... yeeuuuppp i blew my proposed budget again :facepalm: next year BBK, and MAYBE.... MAYBE..... a top secret engine brace for the engine... i say maybe because god dang it costs as much as a cat back for our cars... we will see....

as far as my interior is going.... tony told me the center console is almost done.... i keep procrastinating about sending the steering wheel out.... but once i do it will include the dash hat and my shift knob and custom hand brake handle ;) thats right... a hand brake handle should be pretty sweet im gonna post a crap load of pics when its done and installed in my z :tup: after those ill be sending my door panel inserts to get treated with some red kevlar love.... :D

im pretty stoked and so stressed at the same time its not even funny... each day i come home my fenders are in my living room staring at me :bowrofl: and its VERY HARD to not go to my garage unmount my fenders and bolt on my CS ones hahahah

why not change up the red.. to match the red in the interior better, like a red pearl? or something similar..
and I know all about the fenders.. my fenders are still on your car :p

my DD car is outa the shop... looks great... anyways.... i still dont know what color red im gonna paint her... if i still dont know then ill end up with the same red... last thing i wanna end up with is a regret of choosing the wrong red....

just sent my core wheel to cfe... including a dash hat and hand brake to be covered in red kevlar ;)

everything is still moving...... a lil slower... but still moving... projected paint job date.... august... or sep being the latest... the wait is killing me but i have no choice.... reason.... im gonna be ordering central 20 fender trims.... i really love how they look... OR i might get kenchans jnext ones... im still torn.... but i gotta make up my mind because 370ztune said i would have to wait a couple weeks for central 20 but like my mines i assume its gonna take a 2-3 months.... plus i got a couple more "unique" mods that require extra funding.... but we will see..... one includes adding cf scoops on the hood like i did before but not the r35 ones... might do some porsche scoops kinda looks likes theflyest1's own hood now... :happydance:
